Brim, Marissa

Marissa Brim was born in Jacksonville, Florida. A child in a military family, she spent several years in Maine and Iceland before her parents' divorce brought her to her mother's hometown in Indiana. She spent summers with her grandparents in Massachusetts and Maine, and with her sister and stepmother in Rhode Island. She wrote her first short story at the age of 13.
