Briceno, Masiel

Masiel Briceno received her Masters of Science in Early Childhood, Childhood and Students with Disabilities from Mercy College. She is a New York State Certified Teacher dedicated to working with the low-income immigrant population. An avid reader, researcher and passionate advocate for children's rights.
