Steve Bratt was born in Lancashire, England in 1954. He has been involved in IT for most of his working life and manages to offset this with poetry, short stories and now his first novel, 'One more and we've gotta go'. Now married for the third time, to Maggie, he is looking forward to the day when writing will be a full-time activity. Steve is a keen walker with lapses that involve laziness and drinking cider in the summer sunshine. He is now working on his second novel, entitled 'Leftovers' which involves a hunt for sunk Nazi treasure off the Dutch island of Texel.
