Brassard, Caroline

Caroline Brassard teaches development economics and statistics at the National University of Singapore and has worked on poverty reduction strategies with UNICEF in Madagascar, CARE in Bangladesh, and Save the Children in Vietnam. Sarthi Acharya is the director of the Institute of Development Studies in Jaipur, India, and has been a consultant to the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and various agencies of the Indian government.
