Kerry B is a poet and writer who uses hip-hop and jazz influences for his poetry. Participating in open mics and readings throughout the nation, Kerry is known for his rhyme scheme and style. His poetry is recognized to carry powerful messages, along with a passionate delivery. Kerry B is the author of the poetry book Soul Appetizer: A Sampler and a co-author of the collaboration No Holds Barred. He is also the co-host of Verbal Collision: A Night of Duets, a radio show part of the P.O.E.T. lineup. Kerry B has also released a spoken word CD, Midnight Sunrise.
