Abraham Boyarsky is an award winning novelist, short story writer and also Professor ofMathematics at Concordia University, in Montreal. His novel Shreiber was the Winnerof the Gerald Lampert Award for the best first novel in Canada, published in 1982. In1992, his novel The Number Hall was the Winner of the Toronto Jewish Literary Prize.He has also published A Pyramid of Time: Short Stories (1979), A Gift of Rags (1995),The Ratcatcher (2007). He lives with his family in Montreal, Quebec.
