Boyar, Burt

Burt Boyar, a longtime friend and traveling companion of Sammy Davis, Jr., met the performer as a Broadway columnist in the 1950s. He and his late wife, Jane Boyar, collaborated with Davis on both of his memoirs: Yes I Can, published in 1965, and Why Me?, published in 1989. He lives in Los Angeles, CA.
