Forrest Bowers is a practicing optometrist, outdoor enthusiast, and recovering addict from Tucson, Arizona. He shares his home, hobbies, and occupation with his wife, Corina, with whom he is also a proud pet parent to two dogs, Elvis and Jasmine.

Bowers is currently in recovery from addiction to painkillers and has been in recovery from alcohol for twenty years.
