Georgina Born is Professor of Music and Anthropology at the University of Oxford. Formerly Professor of Sociology, Anthropology and Music at the University of Cambridge, she is currently directing the international research programme 'Music, Digitisation, Mediation: Towards Interdisciplinary Music Studies', funded by The European Research Council.
