Daniel Bonevac is a Professor of Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin who specializes in metaphysics, logic, and ethics. He was Chairman of the Department of Philosophy from 1991 to 2001. He majored in philosophy at Haverford College, and got his MA and PhD in philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, working primarily with Wilfrid Sellars, Gerald Massey, and Carl Hempel.
