Tim Bohlke is the founder and lead barbarian of Harbor Ministries, the movement that created RHYTHMinTWENTY for emerging leaders and ROGUE for more seasoned leaders. Tim has spent the last 25 years building into the lives of leaders in a variety of roles and contexts. In addition to his real passion of being a husband and father, Tim has experienced the challenging and sometimes rough seas of leadership as a teacher, coach, and counselor.
