Bohannon, Zach

Zach Bohannon is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, writer, and blogger. Most importantly, he is an obesity survivor. In 2011, he became sick and tired of being unhealthy and decided to do something about it. In 15 months, he lost 115 pounds and has continued to live a healthy lifestyle and is now driven to share it with other people. His hard work and love for health drew him to become a personal trainer to help others achieve their goals.
