Bloom, Hy

Dr. Hy Bloom is a forensic pyschiatrist and lawyer who assesses individuals who have mental illnesses and outstanding criminal charges. He is an associate of the Central Branch of the PSILEX Group, which provides consultation in behavioural sciences and the law.
