Bloemers, Wolf

Wolf Bloemers is Professor for Remedial and Special Education at the University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg (Germany) and honorary doctor of the State University of Zaporizhzhya (Ukraine). He is the co-ordinator of some European Socrates funded programmes.
