Bliss, Donald T.

Ambassador Donald Tiffany Bliss (Retired) spent thirteen years in the federal government and thirty years practicing law in Washington, D.C. The great-grandson and grandson of Mark Twain's publishers, he has authored and co-authored books on Mark Twain as well as written a play about Twain's last years, "The Return of Halley's Comet."
