I started writing when I was five; my first tale was a ghost story that my mom typed up for me on a Brother typewriter. Over the years, I have worked as a journalist for newspapers, magazines, and blogs. I have also spent decades in the corporate communications field, marketing everything from software to motorcycles. (Did she really just say "decades"?) I grew up on a steady diet of Bonanza, Gunsmoke, and John Wayne Westerns.
