Bitar, Rana

Rana Bitar was born and raised in Damascus, Syria. She studied medicine and immigrated to the United States in 1990. She is currently a practicing Hematologist/Oncologist in the State of New York. This book is a collection of Poems that were written over the past 25 years in Arabic and were translated recently to English by her. She is working on her first English Poetry "To Whom I Write" and a short stories book "The Long Tales of Tears and Smiles." Both will be published upon completion.
