Jeffrey Scott Bishop has lived on the Prairie his entire life. He grew up in Nebraska and Iowa, and currently lives near Kansas City, a beautiful place where the Great Plains, the Flint Hills, and the Ozarks all come together to create geographic magic. When he's not chasing after Critters and writing about their adventures, he is composing music for diverse media, from children's operas to symphonies to choral pieces.
