Robert Bird is Associate Professor of Legal studies and an Ackerman Scholar at the University of Connecticut School of Business. After receiving his J.D. and M.B.A. at Boston University, Professor Bird practiced law in Connecticut and served as a law clerk for the Connecticut Appellate Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the Massachusetts Superior Court.
