Birch Ph. D., Anthony

Dr. Anthony Birch earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy at City University of New York Graduate School. He studied distance education theory at the University of Maryland University College. He has taught undergraduates at both for-profit and non-profit universities as well as adult career changers in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer courses.
