Khalid Bey is a lifetime resident of the City of Syracuse. He is a graduate of the public school system; and currently he is the proud representative of the People of the 4th Council District in Syracuse, New York. As an active community member for over 17 years and an employee within government for several years now, Khalid is well aware of what is required for effective governing.
