Berri, Fred

fred berri was born in the Bronx, New York, and moved to Yonkers graduating high school-before settling back into a section of the Bronx known as Little Italy.

Early in his career, he worked a wide variety of jobs, from grocery stock clerk, to janitor, to Woolworth's retail manager, each one teaching him something new. Eventually he started and sold his own business, which grew to employ more than a hundred people.

Over the years, berri has written a number of articles for trade publications and Web-based sites, and he has given several newspaper interviews about his business.
