William (Bill) Berke (1956-?) grew up in Sherman Oaks, in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, CA. He has been writing stories since childhood. He moved to San Diego, where he still resides, and earned a BA Degree in English Literature with a Creative Writing Emphasis from SDSU. He has written several unpublished novels, and finally brings Dog-Gone Man to the public as a paperback novel.
