Berend, Nina

Nina Berend is a researcher at the Institute for the German Language in Mannheim and professor of German at the University of Heidelberg. Her research field includes dialectology and varieties of German as well as areas of socio-linguistics. She is the editor of the Volga-German Language Atlas.
