Benefield, Schledia

Schledia Benefield lives on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with her husband and four of her five children. She is the author of YA companion novels Pretty Boy and Plain Jane and the NA romance novel Wildflowers. She dedicated eight years of her life to working with teenagers as a youth minister and has been invited to speak to high school students and women. Her goal as an author is to write stories that touch the hearts of readers and to tackle issues such as bullying, abuse, depression, domestic violence, and suicide.
