This story is inspired by the late 70's and 80's NYC street folklore on the misgivings of hustling. Growing up during this time exposed me to individuals (Family and friends) who were directly and indirectly involved in many of the occurrences in "Liquid Dreams - Hard Times." It was a time when drug hustlers were numerous and lauded within our neighborhoods, cities, and countries.
