Belsky, Eric S.

Eric S. Belsky is executive director of the Joint Center for Housing Studies and a lecturer in the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Together they have edited three previous Brookings/JCHS books: Low Income Homeownership: Examining the Unexamined Goal (2002); Building Assets, Building Credit: Creating Wealth in Low-Income Communities (2005); and Revisiting Rental Housing: Policies, Programs, and Priorities (2008).
