Loy Ann Bell lives in Jerome, Idaho with her dog, two cats, and her two Paint Horses. She is a past rodeo queen and has won numerous ribbons and trophies with her Paints and Quarter Horses. She rode and trained show horses and cutting horses most of her life. Her articles have been published in eight horse-oriented magazines in the United States, "The Horse" in England, "Scenic Idaho," and "Idaho Magazine." She is an award-winning author who has published an anthology entitled "Short Story Mysteries (With a Western Flavor). "Cayleanna and the Sneaky Horse" is her first children's book.
