Lauren Cohen Bell is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. Professor Bell received her B.A. from the College of Wooster and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the Carl Albert Congressional Research and Studies Center at The University of Oklahoma. Dr. Bell's research areas include Congress, the Judiciary, inter-branch relationships, mediating institutions, and drug and health care policy.
