Bell, Elvin C.

Elvin C. Bell served sixteen years in elected public office, was a correspondent for the "Los Angeles Times, " owned a successful business for twenty years, and retired from the United States Air Force as a colonel. He is the author of three other books and lives in Destin, Florida.
