Begnaud, Lucy Gremillion

Lucy G. Begnaud received her Ph.D. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1999. She received her Bachelors Degree in Special Education, her Masters Degree in Reading, and her specialist degree in Gifted Education from USL. She was an elementary teacher for 19 years.
