Badawi is Principal of the Muslim College, London, Chairman of the Imams and Mosques Council UK, Chairman of the Muslim Law Council, Vice-Chairman of the World Congress of Faiths. He is an adviser to the Templeton Foundation, a judge on the panel for the Templeton Prize, and Shariah consultant to Islamic Banker magazine.
