Margarita's Beard Born in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, she was sixteen years old when she wrote her first literacy work. Margarita touches in a couple high schools, and was an athletic director at Dominican University O&M in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Her love for sports turned her into a 1982 champion in the 26 mile marathon, 1985 athlete of the year in Judo, first Dominican National pre-selecion in two sports for the National team for the XV Centro American Games and the Caribbean in 1986.
