Les Baxter was employed at Bell Laboratories for 24 years and is the founder of Baxter Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in the architecture and development of telecommunications products, systems, and applications. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and a Senior Member of the IEEE.
