Bauer, Vernon W.

VERNON W. BAUER holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Clemson University (1992) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics from North Carolina State University (1999). Bauer is a Professor of Biology at Francis Marion University (Florence, SC), where he teaches courses in genetics, developmental biology, molecular biology, and introductory biology. He grew up in South America, the son of missionary parents. In addition to writing, he designs experiments, exercises and models for the undergraduate laboratory. "Can a Christian be an Evolutionist?" is his first book.
