Bates, Billie Rae

Billie Rae Bates has been a professional writer and editor for more than 15 years, including 10 years in the daily newspaper industry. She's written two novels set in Detroit, as well as the BRBTV reference books, which cover the primetime soaps "Dynasty" and "Dallas," the action-adventure hit "The Dukes of Hazzard" and the daytime soap "Santa Barbara."
