Carmen Barrington is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia where she developed her culinary passion watching her mother and paternal grandmother host grand parties and cook for hundreds of people on a whim and on a budget. In her family, food has always been a social medium through which not only are memories shared, but a kaleidoscope of cultures are explored and appreciated.
