Barr, Stephen M.

Stephen M. Barr grew up in Alameda, California, served in the Navy, and worked as a civil engineer/surveyor for the State of California (DOT) until his retirement in 1998. The author and his wife, Zoe, live in an old farmhouse they rebuilt in Windsor, California.
