Nigel Barnes has grey hair from far too many years experience in the finance, media, defence, training and change management sectors. He is a speaker at conferences and is passionate about making Lean achievable and accessible to everyone. Nigel is currently at Euroclear, well known for its Lean and continuous improvement excellence; he also chairs a pan-European forum for sharing of good practices between Lean-minded blue-chip organisations.
