Barnes, Bernard

Bernard Barnes is an artist in North Wales. He was born in Flint Mountain in 1943, and trained as a teacher when he was young. He has spent a long life developing an extensive body of work, much of it inspired by the ideas expressed in his first book 'City as Parasite'. He has had a series of exhibition in North Wales connected with the idea of City as Organism. He now lives in a small Welsh village in North Wales and manages a small gallery in the old church hall in Barmouth.
