Barker, Judith

Barker began her stencil business, American Traditional Stencils, in 1979. She is the principle designer in her company, as well as a certified stenciler, teacher, and demonstrator. She has produced several videos, five books, and appeared on numerous television programs. Judy was chosen as New Hampshire's Entrepreneur of the Year of 1997 and was chosen for Strathmore's Who's Who in Business. She is an active member and serves on the boards of several civic and business organizations.
