Gabriel A. Barhaim is senior research fellow at the Sociological Institute for the Study of Community at Bar-Ilan University, and a professor of sociology and cultural anthropology at Netanya Academic College. His writings have appeared in The International Journal of Politics, Culture and Society, Qualitative Sociology, Journal of Higher Education, British Journal of Sociology, and as book chapters.
