Balakrishnan, Radhika

Radhika Balakrishnan is Professor of Economics and International Studies and coordinates the International Studies program at Marymount Manhattan University. She earned her Ph.D. in economics from Rutgers University, she also has worked as a program officer at the Ford Foundation.
