Barbara Bailey, born in Austin, Texas and raised in Waco, Texas under the tutelage of her paternal grandmother with two sisters, has always been an avid book reader. As she began to enjoy reading more and more, Barbara developed the encouragement and desire to write. Reading, next to writing and music is one of her favorite passionate hobbies.
