About the authors Henry A. Wright is currently Chairperson and Horn Professor of Range and Wildlife Management at Texas Tech University. Widely known as an authority on fire ecology, and an advocate of prescribed burning in range management, Dr. Wright has assisted more than fifty Texas ranchers over the past 15 years in planning and conducting burns.
