BAHER obtained his Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin and held academic positions at universities worldwide including University College Dublin, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, the Professorship of Electronic Engineering at Dublin City University, and the prestigious Analog Devices Professorship in Massachusetts, USA.
