Baer, David

David Baer is a shareholder and concentrates his practice in general corporate, business and technology law. Mr. Baer has substantial experience in all matters relating to closely held corporations, including mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations and business succession issues. 

Prior to joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C., Mr. Baer practiced with the firm of Ardiff & Morse, P.C. for 18 years.
