Badgett, Stan

Stan Badgett has led an adventurous life. He and his wife raised four children in the mountains of western Colorado, where he worked as a coal miner, outdoor guide and survival instructor. Later he made his living as a mural artist and faux painter in some of Aspen's most exclusive homes. Currently he teaches English at The Garden School. He acquired a Fine Arts degree and a Masters in Language and Communication from Regis University. His poetry and essays have appeared in numerous literary journals.
