Babb, John

John Babb has worked in the public sector for over twenty-two years; he is a qualified counsellor, trainer and holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Education. He has worked within and been responsible for leading specialist groups as well as delivering training in leadership and management. John has successfully mentored senior leaders from the public and private sector using the Phoenix Leadership Programme, a system he developed as a direct result of his leadership, management and training experience coupled with his interaction with senior leadership personnel.
