Robert G. Wirsing  is the author of "India, Pakistan, and the Kashmir  Dispute"; "Kashmir in the Shadow of War"; and "Religious Radicalism and Security in South Asia," He is a former consultant on South Asian security issues to the U.S. Department of State,   and has appeared on the "PBS  New Hour with Jim Lehrer" as a Kashmir expert.  Rouben Azizian is a political science professor at the University of Auckland– New Zealand and a former Soviet and Russian foreign service agent.
